We at Wildflowers have made every effort to properly
and accurately represent our North Light figurines. Our photographs
and written descriptions give you the next best thing to viewing
the horses in person. Our goal is to have satisfied customers, who
will return to us in the future for all of their North Light equine
needs.
To this end, should you be less than satisfied
with your North Light horse when it arrives, you need to contact
us by telephone or e-mail within 3 days of receipt and advise us
of the reason for your request to return the horse.
The 3 day time period will be strictly
adhered to, so you must notify me immediately.
Special orders and Custom painted
orders are not returnable.
I will give you a Return Code Number, and
you may ship the horse back to me by return mail, insured priority
mail. A refund of the figurine's purchase price will be mailed to
you upon receipt of the horse, in its original undamaged condition.
Postage and Insurance costs are not refunded.
Utmost care is taken with the packing of
your horse for shipping. Horses are double boxed for added security.
If you should receive your horse having been damaged in route by
postal handling, I will promptly initiate and assist you with all
necessary postal paperwork, for you to file a postal claim with
your post office.
All horses are shipped with full value
insurance, for your protection.
